Lowes Island Tennis Court Change Order
The Board approved a change order for full depth reclamation & timber wall replacement at the Lowes Island Tennis Court, at a cost not to exceed $95,000.
Repair & resurfacing work began at the court in June, but excess water damage was revealed underneath the surface during the maintenance. The current timber wall has excess wood rot, so it will be replaced.
2022 Draft Audit
The Board approved the 2022 Draft Audit as prepared by Goldklang Group CPAs.
Goldklang Group Audit Renewal
The Board approved a 3-year proposal for Audit & Tax services from Goldklang Group CPAs.
Loudoun County Fund for Invasive Removal
The Board approved a motion to join an initiative with other local HOAs to send a letter to the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, requesting a program & funding to help eradicate non-native invasive plants and vegetation.
Election Committee Nominations
The Board appointed Tami Chadwick, Christi Hendershot and Nisha Galione to the Election Committee. (Thank you all for volunteering!)
