The Cascades Board of Directors held a board meeting on Thursday, January 26th. The January Board Documents are available here: January Board Docs.

Cascades Tennis Provider
The Board approved Tennis DNA as a provider for tennis instruction services for 3 years.
Cascades Yoga Provider
The Board approved Hella Dragoi to provide yoga classes at the Westlakes Community Center for two years.
Cascades Jazzercise Provider
The Board approved Maryanne Limberis to provide Jazzercise classes at the Westlakes community center for two years.
2023 Board Meeting Schedule
The Board approved the 2023 board meeting schedule. The dates are listed on page 25 of the Jan. board documents.
2023 Election of Officers.
Geoff DeLizzio was elected President. Chris Wulff was elected Vice-President. Dwight Bridges was elected Treasurer. Regina Myers was elected Secretary.
Facility Rental Agreement
The Board approved amendments to administrative resolution #28. AR #28 outlines the facility rental policies. New amendments include:
- Allowing additional payment methods, previously only checks were accepted.
- Adjusts the hours of the rental to 10am-11pm Sundays-Thursdays and 10am-1am Fridays and Saturdays.
- Now allows owners and tenants of the community to rent facilities, previously only owners were allowed.
Reserve Plan & Budget
The Board approved the reserve plan & budget as presented on page 45 of the Jan. board documents.
A reserve plan is a comprehensive study & evaluation of the Association’s assets to assess & budget for repairs, replacements, & improvements. The last reserve study was conducted in 2021 by Miller Dodson.
Capital Improvement Plan Phase 1
The Board approved a proposal from KT Enterprises for improvements to the Stone House Community Center, a new playset, and trail kiosks.
The Capital Improvement plan is a long-term project that includes various beautification projects throughout the community. Some recent improvements include the pickleball courts, tennis backboards, and the concession stand at the SH pool.
