Cascades uses TownSq, which is a third-party app that allows residents to make online payments using a credit card, debit card, or e-check. Residents can also setup reoccurring payments on TownSq. To log in or register for TownSq, visit the following link: Town Sq
Management staff have admin access to TownSq, but these features do not include troubleshooting scenarios. So, for all technical issues, (such as "I'm unable to login to my account" or "My credit card won't work."), residents will need to refer to TownSq's support team:
