Management

Cascades Community is managed by Legum & Norman, a professional management agent and Associa company. The management staff carries out the decisions of the community's resident-led Board of Directors. L&N's area of responsibility includes, but is not limited to:  the management of the Association's finances, overseeing of common area & amenities, landscaping, beautification, and trash removal.
